Tertrans N


Tertrans N is a standard insulating paper grade for various applications:

- Transformer conductor insulation
- Coil insulation
- Bushing insulation
- Crepe base paper

Tertrans N is manufactured of sulphate pulp. Tertrans N has excellent thermal endurance properties. It is elastic, so that the conductors can be bent without breaking the paper.

Calendered Tertrans N is the right choice, when an extremely strong paper and very high breakdown strength are required. When using this paper grade the number of insulating layers
can be reduced.

Tertrans E


Tertrans E is a special quality for conductor insulation in HV-transformers and bushings.

Tertrans E is produced according to the same guidelines as Tertrans N. The main difference is that the amount of impurities and the ash content are lower. This results in a reduced dissipation factor.
   

Tertrans I


Tertrans I is a very special supercalendered grade for EHV transformers and bushings.

Tertrans I is made of high-grade sulphate pulp and deionized process water. High electrical breakdown strength and low dissipation factor of Tertrans I ensure first-class insulation in
the most demanding EHV applications.
