Tertrans N
Tertrans N is a standard insulating paper grade for various
applications:
- Transformer conductor
insulation
- Coil insulation
- Bushing insulation
- Crepe base paper
Tertrans N is manufactured of sulphate pulp.
Tertrans N has excellent thermal endurance properties. It is
elastic, so that the conductors can be bent without breaking
the paper.
Calendered Tertrans N is the right choice, when an extremely
strong paper and very high breakdown strength are required.
When using this paper grade the number of insulating layers
can be reduced.
